On January 6, some tire companies announced that they  would lifted their tire prices. These tire companies included Bridgestone Tire, Michelint Tire, Chengshin Tire, Yokohama Tire etc..

Statistics showed that all these tire brands were both raising their tire prices 3% since January 1. 

Besides, Continental Tire China announced to rise ex-plant price from February.

The company said with raw material price rising, tire manufacture cost was pushed up, which forced the company to raise price up.

A tire agent said it was not in short in tire industry in nowadays, so price climbing wouldn't keep in long time.
