On February 24, MESNAC and China Hainan Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd. officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement. The two parties will give full play to their own advantages and cooperate in fields like research & development, manufacturing upgrading, industrial fund investment, etc., with a view to promoting the optimization and upgrading of the whole rubber industry.

According to the agreement content, cooperation directions of the two enterprises include military-civilian integration, air spring R&D and application, EVEC tread rubber, intelligent rubber machinery, etc. In addition, they also plan to jointly set up research institutions such as National-level Key Laboratory (Hainan) of Natural Rubber and Synthetic Rubber.

Based on the principle of “risk sharing and benefit sharing”, MESNAC and Hainan Rubber will enhance the cooperative capability of two parties in resources, capital, team and project library through joint research & development and joint investment in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, rubber new materials, etc.
