On June 18, Shandong Dawn Polymer Material Co., Ltd. announced that its 3,000 ton/year specialty HNBR (hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber) device had successfully started up and produced qualified products, and afterwards, the company would actively verify products, develop new products and exploit markets with customers. The project is under the responsibility of the wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong Dawn Specialty Elastomer Co., Ltd., with an investment of RMB 110 Million Yuan.

Dawn is a key high-tech enterprise of China Torch Program that develops, produces and sells functional polymer composite materials. After the project is completed, a new industrial chain is formed to enhance the company’s market competitiveness.
