On November 8, 2019, the “Small and Medium Size All-steel OTR Tire Intelligent Manufacturing Project” of Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd. was launched in Xiuwen County, Guizhou Province.

With total investment of 34.5828 Million Yuan, this project will newly increase the capacity of 26 thousand units of 23.5R25 all-steel OTR radial tires per year so as to satisfy the growing market demand from international market on small and medium size all-steel OTR tires. This project was registered and filed on July 23 and expected to complete in March 2020 after about 5 months of construction.

The home-made 88″ mechanical shaping vulcanizing machine was applied to this project to improve the tire quality and production efficiency and achieve the intelligent manufacturing of tires. By using this machine, the the tire will be unloaded  automatically instead of manually from tire moulding machine, which reduces the workforce, increases production efficiency and thus achieves the intelligent production.
