On December 29, 2019, Sailun Group’s laboratory of ultra-high performance tire was inaugurated.

This project is said to be prepared since 2018 and is a key project of Sailun for its 2025 strategic target planning. The laboratory is mainly designed to give full support to the medium and high-end ancillary product strategy of the Group and make full use of the combined advantages of product objective design, basic material research and finished product performance test through close integration of R&D design and product verification so as to consistently, steadily and efficiently lift Sailun’s capacity in manufacture and products.

On this basis, Sailun Technology R&D Center will gradually set up a product planning system driven by market and R&D, develop systematized R&D and design capability, manufacturing capacity and performance testing capacity, and finally cultivate the core competitiveness in technical R&D and achieve the overall improvement of the R&D system by use of standards of autonomous technology system and high performance verification system as well as the advantages of big data on detection, analysis and prediction.
