On July 31, Saixiang Technology published that its self-developed BOOSTER series building machine for all-steel radial tire has achieved a single-shift output of 180 green tires a few days ago, which not only broke the customer’s single-machine single-shift output record, but also marked the building machine technology of Saixiang Technology has reached the world advanced level.

According to Saixiang Technology, after it delivered the first BOOSTER building equipment for all-steel tire in 2018 and achieved a single-shift output of 170 green tires, this building machine immediately became a star product. While for a long time before, under the same conditions, the output of green tires by similar equipment was around 120 units.
