1. Automobile sales in September increased by 12.8% year-on-year

In September, automobiles’ production and sales are 2.524 million and 2.565 million, respectively, with 14.1% and 12.8% growth year-on-year.
From January to September, the automobile’s production and sales were 16.957 million and 17.116 million, respectively, down 6.7% and 6.9% year-on-year.

2. Sales of new energy vehicles in September increased by 67.7% year-on-year

In September, the production and sales of new energy vehicles were 136,000 and 138,000, respectively, with a year-on-year increase of 48% and 67.7%.
From January to September, the production and sales of new energy vehicles were 738,000 and 734,000, down 18.7% and 17.7% year-on-year.
