Recently, entrusted by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Quality Association officially released the list of “2020 National Quality Benchmarks”. Chengshan Group Co., Ltd. was enrolled because of the “Practical Experience in Implementing Intelligent Manufacturing to Improve Lean Six Sigma Production Management”.

Chengshan Group began to implement the Lean Six Sigma management model in 2008 and began to promote intelligent manufacturing and the application of big data in 2017. Up to now, 1671 Lean Six Sigma projects have been completed.

Guided by the idea of Lean Six Sigma, Chengshan builds a tire intelligent manufacturing MES system as the center, integrated product life cycle management PLM system, supplier relationship management SRM system, customer relationship management CRM system, enterprise’s resource management ERP system, energy management EMS system, and dealer management DMS system. Through system integration, Chengshan realizes the digital management of the whole process of product research and development, raw material procurement, production, sales, and after-sales service.
