On September 21, it was publicized the Recommended Award Projects (Candidates) for 2020 Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Award, and three projects from rubber industry were selected.

Among them, one project was selected as the first prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award:

Technical Equipment and Industrialized Application of Rubber Compound Preparation for High-Performance Rubber Products, completed by Qingdao University of Science & Technology and Qingdao Doublestar Tire Industrial Co., Ltd.

Two projects were selected for the third prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award:

The Development of LCZ-ZD All-Steel Unistage Three-Drum Building Machine, completed by Qingdao Doublestar Rubber& Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd.

Formulation Process Technology and Complete Equipment for Continuous Regeneration and Environmental-Friendly Production from Scrap Tires at Atmospheric Pressure, completed by China Rubber Resource Regeneration (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. and Qingdao University of Science & Technology.
