On April 27, Guilin Rubber Industry R&D Institute Co., Ltd. announced that the first new high-precision hydraulic pitch-adjusted calender developed by it successfully passed acceptance, new technology used by this equipment represented the level of new generation of products.
New calender is used for production line of inner liner of semi-steel tire and can realize high-precision roller positioning and rapid adjustment of roller spacing, with the no-load adjustment accuracy reaching 0.001mm and the adjustment speed reaching 7mm/s, with its response speed reaching millisecond level, it can obviously lower the rubber loss at the time of product specification conversion and greatly lower the production cost. Compared with traditional mechanical pitch-adjusted calender, it has obvious advantages in multiple aspects such as production line efficiency, product accuracy, product stability and cost optimization.
